The EPCB YLW series horizontal chain-grate thermal oil boiler is engineered for industrial facilities with access to economical solid fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, agricultural waste, and coal. By circulating high-temperature organic heat carrier fluid at safe low pressure (<0.8 MPa), it replaces costly and dangerous high-pressure steam systems in wood pressing, plywood drying, bitumen heating, and resin manufacturing.

Square Coil Membrane Wall: Tightly coiled square pipe bundles ensure uniform high-temperature heat absorption without dead zones.
Automatic Mechanical Stoker: Variable speed drive chain grate feeding with continuous automated submerged ash elimination.
Multi-Stage Heat Recovery: Tail-end air preheater and waste heat economizer push solid-fuel thermal efficiency up to 85%+.
Closed-Loop Safety Interlocks: Over-temperature trip, low differential pressure alarm, and automated nitrogen blanket purge.
