The large-diameter corrugated furnace and spirally threaded smoke tubes maximize radiant and convective heat transfer. Combined with an integrated flue-gas condensing economizer, exhaust gas temperature is lowered to ≤65°C, pushing thermal efficiency up to 96.9% and reducing annual natural gas operating expenditure by up to 12%.
